    Free cancellation is available. No advance payment is required for these reservations.

  • Flexible Rates
    Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before check-in.
    Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.

  • Non-Refundable Rates
    All bookings under this rate type are final and non-refundable. Guests are advised to review these terms carefully before confirming their reservation.

  • Refund Processing
    Where eligible, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days using the original method of payment.

Modifications to Reservations

• • Changes More Than 7 Days Before Arrival
    Guests may request to change their reservation dates or switch to a different property up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
    Any changes in rates will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Changes Within 7 Days of Arrival
    Modifications requested within 7 days of the scheduled check-in are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
    Approval is based on availability and is at the sole discretion of Twb Consulting Travel.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies beyond our control, cancellations or modifications may be considered. In such cases, refunds or future stay credits may be offered at the company’s discretion.
